Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Items must be in unworn, unaltered condition in the original packaging, accompanied by any and all product documentation. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit, exchange, or a refund to original form of payment.
Please note: Returns must be pre-approved and will not be accepted without an RA. Clearance items, custom pieces, special orders and altered pieces (including ring sizing) are NOT refundable or exchangeable. Authorized returns that have been worn, show signs of wear, or damage or are not in original condition may be refused a refund or subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% minimum.
A Return Authorization(RA) number is required for returns and exchanges. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RA number. Upon approval, we will respond with your item’s specific RA number and return shipping instructions. The RA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package. Please include a copy of original invoice with RA number inside package.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. Oak Ridge Jewelers is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments, or returns sent without an RA. For security purposes, no packages are accepted without an RA number. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed. If your purchase included a diamond certificate and it is not included in your return, there will be a certificate replacement fee of $200.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 219-987-3400 or email us at email@example.com. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately. If it is not reported with 24 hours of delivery refusal, we are not responsible for the exchange or replacement of the order.
